Delivery Detail

-You can enjoy free deliver-to-your-door service with any purchases of $500 or more, and for purchases under $500, a $60 dollar fee is required to enjoy the delivery.

​

-To ensure the best quality of products arriving to you, all products that has to be refrigerated or frozen will be stored and delivered in different environment accordingly, including frozen (around-18 - -15 °C), chilled (around 0 - 4 °C) and thermostat (around 17 - 22°C).

​

-Upon the day of delivery, you will receive a call to confirm with you the delivery detail to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

-Products will be wrapped in insulating package if necessary to ensure the freshness.

​

-Delivery time slots available:

A: 09:00 – 13:00

B: 13:00 – 17:00

C: 17:00 – 19:00

-The earliest delivery arrangement can be made on the next day for orders placed before 16:00.

-Urgent delivery can be arranged, please contact us for more detail.

-The actual delivery time would be affected by the condition of traffic, weather, logistic or stock; sorry for any discrepancy and inconvenience caused.

-Certain areas are subject to restrictions and only afternoon delivery is available for those areas, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

-Due to security reasons and under special occasions, delivery personnel may not be able to reach your apartment or building directly, the process of product retrieval and signing for the delivery and may have to happen at the lobby or outside of the building, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

-Under extreme weather conditions (Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning hoisted), all deliveries will be suspended. For deliveries that are affect by the events, they will be resumed after the signal and warning is lowered and we will contact you about the new delivery arrangements to be made.

​

-After delivery arrangements are made, if you cannot be reached by the delivery personnel or are unable to collect the deliveries, they will be returned to us. After returning to us, you will have to pick up the deliveries personally or extra fee will be charged for another delivery; hence, please make sure the phone and address filled in is correct and reachable in order to avoid unnecessary fee and to make sure a smooth delivery.
